Rebellion is located in a beautiful Georgian
building in the centre of Ashby de la Zouch. In fact, it was
not built as a clothes shop; the Bullen brothers established
it as a greengrocers in 1857.
In 1976, the shop was converted to a
ladies fashion retailer by Belinda Robbins and her father, Brian
Hall. Together they built the Rebellion into a business which
was not only successful but immensely popular.
In 2005, Belinda sold the business to Rebel View Ltd. Far from
being some corporate conglomerate, Rebel View is the creation
of Jane Weir – who has a passion for fashion, ensuring
Rebellion’s future is as exciting as its past is glorious. |
